Using this website

These terms apply to your use of this website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that the checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections and any mandatory law of your province or territory of residence continue to apply. Nothing here deprives you of the right to bring a claim before a court or tribunal available to you under mandatory law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

Order information and confirmation

Before submitting an order, review the product, selected options, quantity, shipping address and total amount. Keep the confirmation for your records and contact us promptly about an error. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; any acceptance or cancellation is subject to applicable consumer law and the information provided at checkout.

Taxes, errors and price changes

Prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are disclosed before you complete payment. A later price change does not by itself change an accepted order. If a material listing error affects an order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund where lawful; we will not impose an undisclosed additional charge.

Product information and availability

Review the description, dimensions, materials and selected variant before purchase. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will explain the options and refund any unfulfilled portion when appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or use another person's payment details without authority. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use where reasonable and lawful, without removing rights relating to a valid purchase.

Linked services and policy changes

Payment and other service providers may have their own terms for their services. Those terms do not remove our obligations as the seller. Updates to these website terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases.

Availability and advertised prices

Product descriptions, availability, prices, taxes and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may change before an order is accepted. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct an obvious error or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, and we will refund payments for a cancelled order.

Order and payment arrangements

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may contact you to verify information or resolve an availability, payment or delivery issue. An order may remain pending until the payment provider authorizes it.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable federal, provincial and territorial law.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing purchased goods and services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited or breach of a non-waivable consumer right.

Website availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and information accurate, but maintenance, technical faults and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. This does not limit any mandatory right relating to a purchase.
